1. Booking Policy

All bookings are automatically confirmed once made. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

If payment is not received within 4 hours, your booking will be released and made available to other clients.

2. Appointment Times & Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, please message as I may be with another client. If I don’t reply to your message I unable to see you early.

If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to provide the full service, but you'll still be charged the full amount of the service booked.

Services cannot be changed or added during your appointment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, you must give at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service cost, taken from the deposit paid.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notices will be charged 100% of service booked.

If you don't show up for your appointment, you'll be charged 100% of the service cost and must pay this before making any future bookings.

If you've previously missed an appointment, I may require a 50% deposit for your next booking.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

I accept bank transfer, card, and cash.

The 50% deposit paid when booking is deducted from your final bill.

5. Health & Safety

Please do not eat during your appointment.

Nail appointments must be attended alone - no additional guests please and no children.

Piercing appointments can be with one other person. If the person getting pierced is under 18 they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

If you're unwell, please reschedule your appointment. This includes any COVID-related symptoms.

Please maintain polite and respectful behaviour at all times.

6. Service Guarantee

I guarantee my work for 5 days from your appointment.

Any issues must be reported immediately via message with a photograph.

No refunds are given for completed services unless there's a fault covered by my guarantee.

7. Data Protection

Your personal information will be stored securely and used for appointment management, marketing, and sales purposes.
