My appointment times are
10am/12:30pm/4:30pm and 6:30pm
Booking Policy
When booking with Lino and Luna Nail Studio a 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm the date and time and all treatments at the time of making the appointment. If the payment isn't made within 4 hours it will get released for other people to book.
Appointment Policy
Because I provide 1:2:1 appointments, I need to stick to scheduled times strictly. Please arrive on time. If you arrive early please message me prior to ringing on the door. I may have a client or be setting up the space for your treatment.
If you are going to be late for whatever reason, let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to provide the full service booked. I will always endeavour to complete the service as fully as possible. The full cost of services booked is chargeable.
Services can not be amended at the appointment. For example if you have booked for a pedicure this cannot be changed to a manicure during the appointment and services cannot be added. Nail art needs to be booked as it requires extra time.
If you are poorly please rearrange your appointment. The policy is also applicable to anything Covid related.
I understand that from time to time things come up and appointments need to re rearranged or cancelled. Please give me as much notice as possible. To cancel appointments please give us more than 48 hours notice. Failure to notify me within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a charge of 100% of the overall cost of service booked.
If you do not show up at all, you are responsible for 100% of the amount of the scheduled service.
No further bookings will be allowed until this is paid.
If you have previously not attended an appointment, I may ask for a 50% of the price of your next service to secure the appointment. This will be deducted from your bill after treatment.
If you book outside of these times, I may have to adjust your appointment.
Guarantee
Any issues must be reported to me straight away by message accompanied by a photograph. I guarantee my work for 7 days, longer than most nail salons, but I must be informed as soon as possible if there is a problem.
